This blog is about coaches and how some are really bad and how some are okay.......
Firstley bad coaches should not be allowed to coach they should be band from even being on the coaching staff.
This year was the worst the coach had no idea of what he was even doing it was horrable he had to get ideas from me just to keep the girls going good i bet i would do a better jod than he did.
This is the thing that really annoyes me is that i have never seen a girl coach well maybe one i think for GIRLS HOCKEY that there should be more girl coaches even though that most girls don't know hockey but i know a lot of hockey moms who know hockey.
There are some okay coaches who know what they are doing but make bad disions . There are coaches who sit good players and play the same players over and over and over again when they should be playing the whole eam not just 7 or 8 players.
And than there are some really good coaches who know what they are doing and they play the whole team i know of only one coach who does that and he is my favourite he is like the only coach who belives in me and and the whole team when he is the coach he feels like the players are his daughters he only does what is best for them and that is why everyone loves him.
IF you have a bad coach do something about it dont just stand around and take the worst do what is best!
